Credit repair, without the promises nobody can keep

We review your full credit profile, identify entries that appear inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable, and handle the dispute process with the bureaus on your behalf — then tell you honestly what's likely to move and what isn't.

Free credit review

Takes about a minute. All fields marked with an asterisk are required.

Sensitive documents are collected separately through a secure channel once you're a client.

The plain version

What credit repair actually is

Your credit report is a record kept by three bureaus — Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. It's assembled from information sent in by lenders, collectors and public records, and it is not always right. Accounts get reported twice. Balances stay wrong after they're paid. Debts appear that were never yours.

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you have the right to dispute anything on that report that is inaccurate, incomplete or that the furnisher can't verify. The bureau then has to investigate, usually within 30 days.

That's the whole mechanism. Credit repair is doing that thoroughly, in the right order, with the right documentation, and keeping it going through multiple rounds — which is where most people stop.

You can do this yourself, free

We'll say this plainly because it's true and the law requires anyone in this business to tell you: you have the right to dispute items on your own credit report directly with the bureaus at no cost. People hire us for the time it takes, the documentation, and knowing which arguments actually work. Not because it's something only we can do.

Straight answers

What we can do, and what we can't

Most of the complaints in this industry come from expectations that were never realistic. Here's the honest split before you spend anything.

What we can do

  • Pull and review all three bureau reports line by line, and explain what's actually on them
  • Identify entries that appear inaccurate, duplicated, outdated or unverifiable
  • Draft and file disputes with the bureaus and furnishers, and follow through each round
  • Track responses, escalate where a furnisher fails to verify, and keep the record of it
  • Advise on the habits that affect your profile — utilisation, payment timing, account age
  • Tell you when your file is in good enough shape to apply for what you're after

What we can't do

  • Remove accurate, verifiable information. If it's correct and current, it stays.
  • Guarantee a score, a number of removals, or approval for any loan
  • Promise a timeline. The bureaus control response times, not us.
  • Create a new credit identity, or advise you to. That's illegal, and we won't.
  • Negotiate or settle your debts. That's a different service and we don't offer it.
  • Give legal or tax advice unless you engage us separately for it
The process

How your file moves

You'll know which stage you're at throughout. Your representative handles it end to end.

STEP 01

Consultation

A conversation about what you're trying to reach and by when. Free, and there's no obligation afterwards.

STEP 02

Full report review

We pull all three bureau reports and go through them with you, marking what looks disputable and what doesn't.

STEP 03

Disputes filed

Disputes go to the bureaus and the furnishers with supporting documentation. Bureaus have 30 days to respond.

STEP 04

Rounds and updates

We work through responses, escalate where verification fails, and update you after each round.

Questions

The things people ask first

We can't promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. If entries come off your report that were dragging it down, scores usually move. If everything on your report turns out to be accurate and verifiable, they won't. That's why the review comes first — so you know which situation you're in before you spend anything.

The bureaus have 30 days to investigate a dispute once it's filed. Most files go through several rounds, so a realistic window is a few months rather than a few weeks. Anyone offering results in days is describing something that isn't how the process works.

Yes, and we'd rather say so up front. You have the right to dispute items on your own report directly with the bureaus at no cost. Clients hire us for the time it takes, the documentation, and knowing which arguments hold up across multiple rounds. If your situation is simple, doing it yourself may genuinely be the right call, and we'll tell you that on the consultation.

Not to start, and never through a web form. If you become a client, sensitive documents are collected through a secure channel with encryption, not by email or through the site. Be cautious with any company that asks for an SSN on a public form.

Pricing is quoted after the review, once we've seen what's actually on your report and how much work it involves. The consultation and review carry no charge. Any third-party or filing fees are always listed separately from our service fee, so you can see exactly what's what.

Yes. We work with clients nationwide, with regional representatives covering Michigan, Colorado and California alongside our Florida office. You'll be assigned one person who handles your file from the first call.

Next step

Find out what's actually on your report

The review is free and there's no obligation afterwards. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
