Acceptance

By using this website or engaging SHARK CAPITAL for any service, you accept these terms. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you do not agree with these terms, or if you are under 18 years of age, you must not use the site or our services.

These terms cover general use of the site and the framework of our relationship. If you become a client, you will sign a separate agreement covering the specific service, its scope and its price. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement governs.

What we provide

SHARK CAPITAL provides credit repair, funding and credit building, tradeline guidance, mortgage support, tax filing, entity formation and remote online notary services. Each is quoted and scoped individually.

We provide services only where we are permitted to do so. Remote online notarisation is available in supported states only. Some services depend on state or federal requirements outside our control.

Not legal or tax advice

Entity formation, tax filing and notarial services are administrative and preparatory in nature. We prepare and file documents as instructed. We do not advise on which structure is right for your circumstances, or on the tax consequences of a decision, unless you have separately engaged a qualified professional for that purpose.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee results. Specifically, and without limitation:

• We do not guarantee any credit score, score increase, or number of items removed from a credit report
• We do not guarantee that any dispute will succeed
• We do not guarantee approval for any loan, credit line, mortgage or funding amount, or any particular rate or term
• We do not guarantee timelines. Credit bureaus, lenders, state filing offices and the IRS control their own processing times
• We cannot remove accurate, current and verifiable information from a credit report, and we will not attempt to

Any outcome another client experienced is not a prediction of yours. Results depend on your individual circumstances.

Your credit rights

You are entitled to the following, and engaging us does not change any of it:

• You may dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, directly with the credit bureaus, at no cost.
• You are entitled to a free copy of your credit report from each bureau as provided under federal law.
• You may cancel a credit repair contract within the period allowed by law without penalty or obligation.
• You may revoke any authorisation you gave us to access your credit information at any time.

We will never advise you to create a new credit identity, obtain an EIN to use in place of a Social Security number for credit purposes, or misrepresent information to a lender or bureau. These practices are unlawful and we do not engage in them.

Fees & third-party costs

Fees are quoted before work starts and set out in your service agreement. Consultations carry no charge.

Third-party costs are always shown separately from our service fee. These include state filing fees, registered agent fees, expedited processing fees, IRS charges and credit report costs. They are set by the relevant authority or provider, not by us, and we pass them through without markup unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where the law requires that fees for a service be collected only after the service is performed, we comply with that requirement.

Your obligations

• Give us accurate, complete and current information. We rely on what you provide, and errors in it will affect the outcome.
• Provide requested documents promptly. Delays on your side extend timelines.
• Tell us if your circumstances change in a way that affects the work.
• Do not ask us to submit information you know to be false. We will decline and may end the engagement.
• Keep copies of documents you send us for your own records.

How we communicate

SHARK CAPITAL contacts clients and prospective clients by phone, email and, where you have consented, SMS text message.

When you opt in, you can expect to receive account and service messages such as appointment confirmations, document requests, and application or file status updates. SMS is used for service messages only — we do not send promotional offers or advertising by text.

Cancelling SMS. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number messaging you. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, ITINs or identity documents by email or text. We will provide a secure channel when those are needed.

Cancellation

Cancellation rights and notice periods are set out in your service agreement and vary by service, as some are governed by statutory cancellation rules. Where a statutory right to cancel applies, it applies regardless of what your agreement says.

We may end an engagement if you ask us to do something unlawful, if you fail to provide information necessary to proceed, or if fees go unpaid. Where we do, we will tell you in writing and return any documents you provided.

The content of this site, including text, layout, graphics and the SHARK CAPITAL name and logo, belongs to SHARK CAPITAL and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Information on this site is general and provided for orientation. It is not tailored to your circumstances and should not be relied on as the basis for a decision. We may link to third-party sites; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHARK CAPITAL is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunity, arising from your use of this site or our services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless your service agreement provides otherwise.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

Changes

We may update these terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new date, and applies to use of the site from that point. Changes do not alter the terms of a service agreement already signed.
